I want my poem to stick to your skin like the moon does in the nighttime sky. Sometimes I wonder if you really meet people who you want to unravel. If you lay down next to them and listen as their heart beats like yours. How do you find someone who will make you want to write about the way they make your ribcage fill with tiny poems you swallowed. To slowly peal the sun away and watch the earth tilt as it melts into your palms. I want to meet someone like that.
